There was an ad for ChefClub that showed the "best way to carve fruit". The first was to remove the top and bottom of a pineapple, get an old pineapple can, and shove it down the pineapple (which is pretty wasteful). The second was to inject water into an orange to make it burst and therefore easy to peel (I mentioned that vodka was a much better liquid to this with). The third was to slice salmon down to the skin but don't struggle with slicing the skin (I pointed out salmon aren't fruit). This was the reaction. Huh?
