You are quite correct but the context of the conversation plus being posted in a Dodge Durango enthusiasts group should have been a giveaway.
If you're puzzled, it's because computer geeks have no idea that retrograde call transmissions "trannys". They're thinking you're sexually avoiding a transsexual. I'm serious.
